Otto was born and raised in Queens, New York. Being part of the NYC FERRY Engineering team is something he takes great pride in and shares one vision, “One job” to get done without any ifs, ands, or buts with his teammates. When he’s not working he’s traveling to new places and trying different food.

Mohamed is one of the original captains that started when NYC Ferry began service in May of 2017. His background includes working as a Captain for various dinner boat operators and was also a full-time Captain at another boat service from 2013 to 2017.s schedule items.

Alina is a Staff Accountant, she is in charge of the processing of all accounts receivable, month-end close, overseeing the process of Revenue Service Operations, preparing Farebox Sales and Revenue Reports, assisting with year-end audit through the reconciliation of components of various schedule items.

Naquan attended High School at the NY Harbor School on Governors Island. He joined NYC Ferry in the Fall of 2017 as a Deckhand and started Captain training right away. He was promoted to Captain at the end of 2017.

Carl is an ISO Administrative Assistant, he assists the Safety and Training Manager in ISO efforts to ensure that our RESPECT Management System meets the ISO standards of Quality, Environment, and Health and Saf

Fernando is a maintenance supervisor and constantly provides a calming presence to the engineering team. He trains other technicians and improves the teams overall technical acumen.

Betsy is born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She enjoys working on the boats and interacting with riders as a Guest Services Agent. In her free time, she relaxes by going to the gym to workout, watching movies and listening to music.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Kraidon is now part of the operations team at NYC Ferry. He enjoys being able to help people in need at NYC Ferry and being with his friends and family in his spare time.
