Lunar New Year Family Festival
January 21, 2023, 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Take NYC Ferry to the Pier 11 landing and make your way over to the Museum of Chinese in America for experience a fun-filled day of activities to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Learn how to make traditional Dragon’s Beard Candy or watch an expert noddle puller demonstrate the art of noddle pulling—among many other exciting exhibitions. Check out the full event line up here.

Chinese New Year Firecracker Ceremony and Cultural Festival
January 22, 2023, 11 am – 3:30 pm
Celebrate the Lunar New Year at one of the biggest celebrations in NYC. Head to Sara D. Roosevelt Park to watch the firecrackers and lion dances, and challenge yourself try as many dumplings as possible!
Take NYC Ferry to the Corlear’s Hook or Stuyvesant Cove before making your way over to the park.
